Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: September 3, 2026

Draft for legal review. This document is a starting template, not finished legal advice. FTC endorsement guidelines and state-specific gambling advertising rules both apply to affiliate content in this industry. Have a licensed attorney review this disclosure, and its placement/prominence on the Site, before publishing.

1. What This Disclosure Covers

America's Bookies (americasbookies.com) is an independent sports betting media and review publisher. In the course of publishing sportsbook reviews, comparison content, and related material, we participate in affiliate and referral marketing programs with certain sportsbook operators. This disclosure explains what that means and how it works.

2. How Our Affiliate Relationships Work, In Plain Terms

When you click certain links on this Site - most commonly a "Visit [Sportsbook]" button on a review page, or a link within our comparison tables - and subsequently create an account or place a wager with that sportsbook, we may receive a referral commission from that operator. This is a standard, common arrangement across the sports betting media and review industry, and it is how this Site is able to remain free to use without a subscription or paywall.

Importantly:

  • This compensation costs you nothing extra. The price, odds, and terms you receive from a sportsbook are the same whether or not you arrive via a link on this Site.
  • Affiliate compensation does not influence our review scores, rankings, or editorial conclusions. Our scoring methodology, described on our Reviews hub page, is applied identically regardless of whether a particular operator has an affiliate relationship with us, and regardless of the size of any commission a given operator may pay.
  • We do not accept payment from any operator in exchange for a specific score, ranking position, or favorable editorial statement. Our content is not "pay to play."

3. How We Decide What To Review And How To Rank It

Our review and ranking process, described in more detail on our Reviews hub page, is based on direct testing across defined categories, including odds competitiveness, bonus terms, bet variety, app quality, payout speed, and customer support. We review sportsbooks based on their relevance and importance to U.S. bettors, not based on which operators offer the highest affiliate commission. Some sportsbooks reviewed on this Site may not currently have any affiliate relationship with us at all; they are included because they are relevant to a reader deciding where to bet.

4. Tracking Technology Used For Affiliate Attribution

To track referrals and attribute any resulting commission correctly, affiliate links on this Site use cookies or similar tracking parameters, described in more detail in our Cookie Policy. This tracking identifies that a referral came from America's Bookies; it does not give us access to your sportsbook account, your betting activity, your funds, or any personal information you provide directly to the sportsbook operator.

5. No Guarantee Of Outcome

Nothing about our affiliate relationships, or any content on this Site generally, should be read as a guarantee or prediction of any betting outcome. Sports betting involves financial risk, and any decision to create an account with, or wager through, a sportsbook linked from this Site is made entirely at your own discretion and risk.

6. Ftc Compliance

This disclosure is provided in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidelines concerning endorsements and material connections in advertising. Where individual pages on this Site contain affiliate links (such as our sportsbook review pages), an additional short disclosure notice appears directly on that page as well, consistent with FTC guidance that a disclosure be clear, conspicuous, and located near the relevant content rather than only in a separate, harder-to-find policy page.
